How do I return an item?

Please keep your receipt for all purchases - it will be required for all returns.

Hardware including batteries, chargers, mods, and other non-atomizing devices can be returned for evaluation for replacement or store credit within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, for up to 30 days, the defective part will be evaluated for up to a 50% store credit towards a replacement part. Physical or liquid damage is not covered by the warranty.

Consumables including clearomizers, cartomizers, tanks, atomizers, cartridges, and drip tips can be returned for evaluation for replacement or store credit within 24 hours of purchase.

New items returned in complete and re-sellable condition, in the original packaging, can be returned for refund or store credit within 30 days.

There is no warranty on liquid products.
